[交流] 包皮受損後不能正常露出龜頭，求教

包皮受損後不能正常露出龜頭，求教

故事有點複雜，話說我雖然包皮有點點長，但一直都能把龜頭整個露了出來而且不會痛的，在日常打手槍的時候也是把整個包皮打下來才打的，但最近有一次和女伴口交及做愛，可能她比較粗魯，下手劣出包皮時及吸啜時比較大力，事後包皮就有少少痛楚及紅腫，以前都試過這情況，過幾天休息了就沒事，但這次休息了一段時間，發現包皮的開口好像變小了，而包皮下方的皮也好像縮小了以致龜頭在小弟弟完全勃起時，如要露出整個龜頭就會很辛苦和痛楚，近幾個月又因身體檢查有糖尿病的情況所以開始吃藥，上網看過評論，好像說糖尿病會令皮膚受損後不能很快的回復。

現在想請教有沒有大大有此經驗？怎樣辦才能回復正常呢？我自己覺得一向都能把包皮翻下來，應該是不需要去做割包皮的手術吧？但糖尿病藥停服現階段是沒有可能的，我亦不知道是不是和這個有關聯
